Méribel
An Olympic resort, Méribel is situated at the heart of the 3 Valleys, the largest area of skiable slopes in the world, with no less than 600 km of runs and 200 lifts.
The Méribel resort is the largest in the valley and extends from 1450 to 1700 metres.
From the architectural point of view, Méribel stands out as one of the most beautiful “large resorts” in France, with its chalets and residences built according to very strict regulations (pitched roofs, stone and wood cladding etc). The buildings blend perfectly into the environment and follows Savoyard tradition.
Between chalets and pines, the resort offers a magnificent setting and, above all, a site that naturally lends itself to snow sports.
In addition, to get around the resort, which is very spread out, Méribel provides a regular, free shuttle-bus service around the whole of the valley. You won’t have any problems, therefore, it you want to go round Méribel without having to take your car.
